RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

1. Right to return

Customers have the right to return products that are defective or do not correspond to the description of our online store njofra.shop. Refunds may be requested in accordance with applicable Consumer Rights Laws.

 

2. Deadline for return

Customers have 14 days from receiving the product to request a return. After the expiration of this period, returns will no longer be possible, unless the product is subject to a warranty or guarantee.

4. Return costs

Return costs are borne by the buyer.
